"The Links and Links View Apartments"
Accommodation can either be in one of our Luxury Apartments which sleeps up to 4 people,
"The Links" or our more traditional apartments "The Links View". On arrival your apartment will have a breakfast pack for you which will include all the necessities for a traditional Scottish cooked breakfast and on Christmas Day you will dine at the Royal Marine Hotel for our Christmas Day 4 Course Lunch, served between 12 - 2.30pm with comfortable sofa’s log fires and great festive spirit you will be sure to have a wonderful day. (The hotel closes at 5pm).
As a resident of the apartments you will have complimentary use of the Dolphin Leisure Centre including, Indoor Pool, Kiddie’s Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi and Gym. There is also an opportunity to pre-book treatments with our in house beauty therapists blisss…please see attached treatments list for more information.

Minimum stay of 3 nights for Links View
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking which is non-refundable.
The full balance is then due 30 days before arrival.
If booked within 30 days full amount will be due.
Should you wish to attend any of the Dinners over the Hogmanay period the above terms will apply.
