2 Day Inclusive Package

£295.00 per person - in shared Standard twin/double rooms

£345.00 per person - in shared Classic twin/double rooms

3 Day Inclusive Package

£395.00 per person - in shared Standard twin/double rooms

£445.00 per person - in shared Classic twin/double rooms

£495.00 per person - in shared Master twin/double rooms
 

Additional nights
£75.00 per person per night in a Standard Room,
£95.00 per person per night in a Classic Room or
£115.00 per person per night in a Master Room,
inclusive of Dinner, Bed and Breakfast
 

Children
under 4 no charge, 4-16 are £25.00 per child per night Bed & Breakfast when sharing with two adults.
£50.00 per child per night in own room.  All other meals charged as taken.

A 25% deposit is required on time of booking which is non-refundable after the 1st October 2010. 
The full balance is then due by the 1st December.


PROGRAMME OF EVENTS (subject to change)

Thursday 30th December

3.00pm to 5.00pm  Upon arrival settle in and join us downstairs for Afternoon Tea served in front of an open log fire.

                                   The Leisure Club is open for your enjoyment and relaxation after your long journey or why not   
                                   pamper yourself with a treatment from blisss… please see attached treatment list for more 
                                   information.

6.00pm to 7.00pm  Scottish Dance tuition held in the Sutherland Room

7.00pm onwards    Gather in the foyer for a welcome drink with a chance to re-acquaint with old and new friends, 
                                   followed by a 3 Course themed Dinner in Lorimer’s Restaurant.

Friday 31st December

8.00am to 10.00am Full Scottish Breakfast is served in Lorimer’s Restaurant

                                    Spend the morning relaxing in the leisure club, enjoying a refreshing walk along Brora’s beach, 
                                    playing a round on the James Braid Links Course (weather permitting), or seeing the sights of 
                                    the village with the walking treasure hunt.

11.00am                   Kendra our resident make-up specialist from blisss… at the Royal Marine Hotel, will be doing a 
                                   make-up demonstration. Please see treatment list enclosed to book your chosen Spa treatment. 
                                   Resident Massage therapist Sheila, specialising in sports massage is available for both ladies 
                                   and gents. These spaces are limited and so to avoid disappointment please book in advance.

12noon to 2.00pm  Lunch will be available in Garden Room Café Bar

2.00pm to 4.00pm  Indoor Bowls Competition

3.30pm to 4.30pm  Afternoon Tea will be served in the foyer

7.30pm                     Champagne and Canapé Reception in the hotel foyer

8.00pm                     You shall be piped through to Lorimer’s Restaurant where your Five Course Gala Dinner with 
                                   selected wines will be served, followed by traditional Scottish dancing

"The Bells"               Welcome 2010 with a glass of champagne or a dram of Clynelish Malt, to the sound of the 
                                   bagpipes and then the traditional Auld Lang Syne.

Children

5.00pm to 6.00pm  A High Tea Buffet will be served in the Garden Room for children under the age of 12 at a cost of 
                                   £9.95 per child

7.00pm to 11.00pm The babysitter will entertain the children in the television room
                                    Children over 12 may attend the Hogmanay Dinner at a cost of £50.00 per child, dining from the   
                                    Gala Dinner Menu. Alternatively they may join the High Tea at £12.95 per child.

Saturday 1st January - New Year’s Day

8.00am to 10.30am Continental Breakfast will be served for the early risers

10.00am to 2.00pm Brunch will be served for those of you who wish to have a long lie.

                                     If you have not already done so please collect your quiz sheet and village treasure hunt details 
                                     from reception. It is advised that this is tackled after a brisk walk along the beach to clear your 
                                     heads!

3.00pm to 4.00pm   Afternoon Tea will be served in the foyer

4.00pm                      The quiz and treasure hunt answers will be revealed in the foyer

5.00 pm                     Village Bonfire and Fireworks at the River Mouth, donations for the Christmas & New Year 
                                    Community fund is warmly welcomed.

7.30 pm                     Return to the hotel for a relaxing evening starting with a Hot and Cold Buffet and followed by the
                                    in-house table tennis competition.

Sunday 2nd January

 8.00am to 10.00am Breakfast will be served, prior to departure for those of you who are leaving today.

                                      If you are staying on for an extended break then the hotel returns to normal today.
