Head Chef Steven Oglesby and supported by Executive chef George Mackay, has developed outstanding menus of seasonal dishes using the finest local produce, influenced by their wide international experience.
Their exquisite new menu will excite and delight food lovers and can best be described as modern Scottish cuisine with a strong highland influence.

Enjoy a ‘Taste of the Sea' with poached langoustines, seared king scallops, Achiltibuie peat smoked salmon, Loch Duart salmon with Onuga caviar or perhaps a Rib-eye, Sirloin or Fillet 8oz Steaks from the Char Grill using the finest Aberdeen Angus beef, cooked to your liking with sautéed mushrooms and roasted cherry tomatoes served with hand cut chips or house salad.

Sunday's -  roast with all the trimmings in addition to the normal lunch menu
