Seared Fresh Hand Dived Orkney King Scallops and Langoustine Dumplings with a shallot and thyme puree and a salsa Verdi

Crottin Blanc Goats Cheese gently grilled over toasted walnut bread with a lightly fried quail's egg and a broad bean and garden pea salad

Roast Parsnip and Rosemary Risotto with glazed apples and chestnuts drizzled with a cep oil vinaigrette

Pressed Confit of Challon Duck Leg with a cauliflower puree and a brandy and cranberry relish

Pan Roasted Medallion of Halibut with sautéed fresh morels and Jerusalem artichokes and a saffron foam

Roast Black Isle Turkey with chipolatas, sage and onion stuffing, cranberry jelly, garden vegetables, roast and new potatoes

Fillet of Angus Beef Fillet baked with a stilton and herb rarebit, aubergine caviar, garlic infused duchess potatoes and a red wine and balsamic glaze

Char Roasted Medley of Pimentos, Asparagus and Wild Mushrooms Au Gratin with a dried fruit and cashew nut salad
