Easter Egg Hunt at 12.30 In the Hotel Garden (one egg per child)

Paint your Egg in the Garden Room between 12.00 - 2.00pm.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and the above requires advanced booking.

Tomato and Basil Soup

Deep Fried Soft Boiled Egg - with Parma ham, red onion, chilli and roquette salad with a tamarind dressing

Pressed Confit Chicken, Apricot and Leek Terrine - with dressed herbs and a sweet basil and pimento puree


Main Course

Gently Baked Fillet of Loch Duart Salmon - with dill scented rarebit, caramelised scallions and a lemon grass vinaigrette

Seared Medallions of Pork Fillet - with croquette potatoes, roast parsnips and a Dijon mustard cream foam

Leg of Sutherland Lamb - roasted with rosemary and garlic served with minted potatoes, carrots, broccoli and a light roasting gravy (Supplement £3.00)

Sun Blushed Tomato, Cream Cheese, Garlic and Vegetable Strudel - with a tian of red onion and coriander cous cous
