Restaurant Manager

We are seeking and enthusiastic, friendly individual to become an integral member of the team to deliver excellence to all our valued customers in our hotel, to lead our Food and Beverage Department.

Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Oversee food service operation across the hotel.


  • Liaison with Management on budgets, ensuring a culture of upselling and an understanding of budgetary processes and department targets.


  • Responsibility and control of liquor stock control


  • Liaising with Human Resources to ensure restaurant staff are fully trained, creating a culture of customer satisfaction.


  • Duty Manager responsibilities as required by rota.

Similar quality hotel / restaurant experience is required in a Management role within a successful operation.
