Chicken and Vegetable Broth

Warm Mackerel Salad - with fresh herbs, broad beans and potatoes served with a dill and lemon crème fraîche

Char~Grilled Garlic Scented Ciabatta - with a black olive tapenade, mozzarella, soft boiled egg and dressed salad leaves


Main Course

Fillet of Loch Duart Salmon - gently poached in a herb and lemon grass broth served with steamed green beans, herbed new potatoes and hollandaise

Pan Roasted Breast of Chicken - filled with an apricot, spinach and gruyere cheese farce with turned saffron potatoes and chunky ratatouille

Roast Sirloin of Aberdeen Beef - with roast and new potatoes,garden vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and the roasting gravy (Supplement £3.00)

Casserole of Wild Mushroom, Artichokes, Tonnarelli Pasta
and Hallumi - in a light cream sauce and toasted with Panko breadcrumbs
