The Royal Marine Hotel gives you a choice of dining experiences to suit every occasion.
You can enjoy the classic style of our traditional Lorimer’s Restaurant for fine dining. Our Head Chef, Steven Oglesby, has designed an exquisite menu which varies according to season. Recommendations from our wine cellar to accompany your meal have been chosen from our extensive wine collection by Stephen Hayes-Macleod, our Restaurant Manager.
The Garden Room at Royal Marine Hotel offers family friendly all day dining in a modern and stylish setting. We offer all day dining at the Garden Room from noon to 8.00pm.
The Highlands is known for high quality, award winning food and drink and we select only the finest and freshest local produce to give you flavour filled dishes, including seafood and 28-day hung beef, supplied from the nearby town of Golspie,
Highland Fine Cheeses of Tain and Clynelish Distillery malts add a Highland kick to some of our sweet and savoury dishes. All of our desserts are made by our chefs and we are proud to serve locally made Capaldi’s of Brora Ice Cream.
All our stays include a delicious full Scottish breakfast and have the option of adding dinner too.
