Full-Day Trips

Immerse yourself in your surroundings and embrace the pace of the Highlands with our full-day trips to iconic locations. Guests can choose from the tours below.

Loch Ness, Inverness and Culloden/Cawdor Castle

Select this day trip to visit three iconic Highland locations. Before visiting Loch Ness, you’ll stop at Beauly to visit Priory, Old School and Campbells of Beauly. Then to Loch Ness where you have the option of Jacobite Cruises or Beastie Boat, or you can visit the Urquhart Castle Visitor Centre. Then to Inverness for lunch, followed by either Cawdor Castle or Culloden Battlefield Visitor Centre.

Speyside

Stop off in the picturesque Grantown on Spey before you visit two of the major Speyside whisky distilleries where you will learn about the historic distilling process and savour some delicious drams. Stop off at Johnstons of Elgin on your journey back to Brora and treat yourself to some luxury cashmere clothing. 

Wild West

Journey to the northwest of Scotland for an adventure packed day. Take a tour of Wester Ross, stopping at Strathpeffer, Ben Eighe NNR Visitor Centre, Badachro Inn for lunch, Inverewe Gardens and Corrieshalloch Gorge.

Kylesku

Another option for those looking to take a day trip to the northwest Highlands, our tour takes you to the iconic NC500 destination, Kylesku, via Loch Shin and Laxford Bridge. Guests can also enjoy an optional short coastal walk near Scourie, before enjoying lunch at our award-winning sister hotel, Kylesku Hotel. You will then take the scenic route back to Brora via Oykel Bridge. 

Outlander Tour

Visit some of the top attractions related to the acclaimed Outlander TV series. Feel like Claire and Jamie Fraser for the day as you explore Beauly Priory, Urquhart Castle, Inverness, Clava Cairns and Culloden Battlefield.

Our tours are available all year round, subject to availability and dependent on the attractions opening times. Entry costs to distilleries, castles, gardens and other attractions, as well as additional food and drink, are not included.
